Key people changes at ISCA

Key people changes at ISCA - Jayne Whitney appointed Deputy Chair ,  Mark Rogers appointed as an Independent Director and Rick Walters departure

It is with great pleasure that I announce that the ISCA Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Jayne Whitney as ISCA's Deputy Chair.  Jayne has been an ISCA Director since 2011 and is currently the Executive General Manager, People & Culture at UGL Limited. Jayne has considerable management, business development, corporate affairs and strategic marketing experience across Australia, UK, Europe, USA and South East Asia.

Mark Rogers has made a career change from Colonial First State to the role of Managing Director, New Forests Australia New Zealand in January 2016.  He has therefore resigned as an ISCA  Member Director and the Board has appointed him as an Independent Director. Mark has been an ISCA Director since 2009 providing valuable insight and guidance from over seven years' experience as an investment executive and over 18 years' experience in the infrastructure sector. His appointment as an Independent Director will enable Mark to continue to contribute to the ISCA Board for the next three (3) years.

Sadly, Rick Walters  will leave ISCA to take up the role of Group Sustainability Manager, UGL in April 2016.  Rick will continue to work with ISCA until April and will ensure a successful transition and handover to his replacement. . Rick's contribution to ISCA as the Technical Director and previously as a Director have been outstanding. We wish him he the very best in his new role. A formal recruitment process is underway for his replacement.

Congratulations to Jayne, Mark and Rick on these appointments.

David Singleton

ISCA Chairman
