New Board Members

Dale Connor, David Kinniburgh and Craig Tucker were elected directors of ISCA at the Annual General Meeting on 11 December, while Anne Davis and Scott Losee stepped down from the board.

 “On behalf of the ISCA Board, I would like to thank Anne and Scott, both long-serving Board members, for their contribution and guidance. As we look forward to another year of industry collaboration to support the growth of ISCA and the further development of the IS rating scheme, we are confident that the newly elected Directors will offer significant contributions to our future direction," David Singleton, ISCA Chairman.

Dale Connor

Chief Operating Officer, Construction and Infrastructure, Australia
Lend Lease

Dale was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Lend Lease Australia’s Construction and Infrastructure business in February 2013. Dale has been instrumental in leading the successful integration of the Lend Lease project management and construction business with the acquired Abi Group, Baulderstone and Infrastructure Services businesses to create Lend Lease’s unified construction and infrastructure (C&I) business.

David Kinniburgh

Australian Market Leader – Transportation

David leads GHD’s Australian transportation practice which represents greater than 25% of the Australian business. His experience is varied, ranging from project leadership including concept development, detailed design through to construction management of transportation projects.
