Board Committee Member Appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to our Market Development Committee. 

Adam Roberts: 

Adam has worked for Macquarie for nearly a decade and has held a number of roles across the organisation. In his current role as Investment Director, Adam is responsible for investment origination and transaction execution including leading engagement across MIRA’s global investing platform.

Adam is passionate about supporting the transition towards sustainable infrastructure solutions, in both next-generation infrastructure, as well as repositioning traditional infrastructure with more sustainable practices to support both the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the path to net zero emissions to preserve the climate.

Dr Anne Hellstedt: 
Anne is the Technical Excellence Leader for Mott McDonald in Australia and holds board positions with both the Beyond Zero Emissions Board and the College of Leadership & Management Board for Engineers Australia.

Anne is a pioneering executive leader with a career defined by sustainability, innovation and leadership across a diverse range of sectors, including development, construction, consulting and academia.

Brett Joyce: 

Brett brings more than 25 years’ experience leading market and business development teams across professional services and finance throughout Australia and Asia. Currently Brett is the Australian Market Development Leader for GHD where he leads the business development and client strategy across the business. He is a Principal of the firm and a member of the GHD Australian Leadership Team. Brett has also held previous senior positions at King Wood Mallesons, Deloitte, ASX and Minter Ellison.

Rekha Kharbanda:

Rekha is an experienced innovative digital leader and has led several digital transformations across various businesses. Rekha is a part of the leadership team at Tonkin & Taylor Group and holds the position of Executive Leader - Digital. She has worked in large organisations like New Zealand Transport Agency, Royal Bank of Scotland, American President Lines, and Fidelity Investments.

Rekha has a wealth of experience around the globe in various sectors including banking, finance, logistics and transport.
