Antony Sprigg – Chief Executive Officer

Antony is responsible for leading the implementation of ISCA’s vision and business strategy, as well as over-seeing the organisation’s operational activities. He has held a number of management roles within professional services firms and on major infrastructure projects in addition to developing successful stand-alone sustainability business units. As a thought leader in applied sustainability, Antony has undertaken industry research and consultation associated with infrastructure investment, project planning and procurement decision making. Antony has been involved with ISCA from the beginning, including appointed as the Project Manager for the development of the IS rating scheme.
Ms Eva Wang – Finance Manager
BBS, MAcc, CPA Associate Member
Eva joined ISCA in October 12 from an extensive career in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Account. She previously managed staff to oversee all daily accounting aspects for a multimillion dollar organisation, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. During her previous roles, Eva has actively engaged in system reviews to provide a more streamlined approach to business activities, both financial and human resources, with a proven track record in reducing overhead expenses.
Jessica Cairns - Case Manager
B.EnvScMgt (Hons), D.PM
Jess joined ISCA as part of the Technical Team in December of 2013. She is primarily responsible for supporting IS registered ratings through the rating process, facilitating the use of the IS rating tool and assisting with a number of very important tool development projects.
From her previous roles, Jess brings with her over 4 years of consulting experience in waste and sustainability services and 8 years research, analysis and management experience. She also has experience with contaminated land assessments, hazardous materials surveys and clearance, quarry valuation and in-situ resource estimation, GHG assessments and environmental auditing.
Hayley Jarick - Membership and Marketing Manager
B Com (Int Bus/Legal), MBA (Exec)
Hayley is responsible for leading the successful implementation of the marketing and membership strategy as well as overseeing membership recruitment and management, marketing and media, stakeholder communications and events design and coordination.
Hayley has experience in Sustainability, Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Research, Business Development and Lobbying. Hayley joined ISCA in 2015 from the steel manufacturing industry where she interacted with a broad spectrum of stakeholders in the engineering construction, building construction and manufacturing industries including small to large private businesses, local, state and federal government, professional associations, conference organisations, specialist consultant agencies, research organisations and product certification organisations.
Nicole Boyd - Development Manager
MBA (current), MSD, B Env Sc, Cert IV Carbon Mgmt
Nicole is responsible for delivering the next generation of the IS rating scheme including development of social and economic themes.
Nicole’s skills include sustainability reporting, project management, research, relationship management, communications, business development, business case development, carbon footprinting, ecological footprinting and life cycle assessment. Nicole’s has 11 years’ experience in sustainability across industry sectors including CHEP/Brambles, Leighton Contractors, Melbourne Water, Sydney Water and local councils. Nicole’s experience includes managing CSR, Corporate EMS, energy, waste, water, stakeholder engagement, ethical procurement and grants as well as reporting against NGER, APC, GRI, CDP and EEO.
Kirsty Bauer – Case Manager

Kirsty joined ISCA as part of the Technical Team in August 2015. She is primarily responsible for supporting IS registered ratings through the rating process, facilitating the use of the IS rating tool and assisting with a number of very important tool development projects.
Kirsty has over 10 years experience delivering environmental, energy and sustainability project support in a range of sectors including public, utilities, legal, logistics, financial, automotive, retail, hotels and resorts, commercial, healthcare, and education. Kirsty’s skills also include project management, environmental auditing, legal compliance, due diligence, waste management, energy and carbon management, corporate reporting, developing and implementing energy and carbon strategies.
Laurel Koh - Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant
BA (Linguistics, Communications and Drama)
Laurel is responsible for organising ISCA's events including conferences, gala dinners, networking events, industry workshops and industry roundtables. She is also Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
She has a combination of 12 years' experience in the Events Management within the corporate business sector, performing arts arena and not-for-profit organisations and had organised many small to large scaled events ranging from conferences, social networking events, productions and multicultural community events. She is familiar with the logistical, communications and administrative processes of event management to ensure smooth execution and implementation in all areas of the program as well as the necessary management skills needed to multitask and coordinate teams, while providing creative input to an event. During the years working in the industry, she had raised the profile of events in the companies she had worked for and as a result, these organizations had been able to embark on several new projects.

Ainsley joined ISCA in May 2016. Ainsley brings to ISCA an exceptional management, leadership and business experience underpinned by a strong science and sustainable resource management technical background. Ainsley is an experienced executive with a distinctive track record in professional services. As an accessible leader, Ainsley is a catalyst for collaborative change and increasing business performance and operational effectiveness. Ainsley was an executive at Pacific Environment, Strategic Environmental Focus and Coffey International. Ainsley is committed to making a real impact in organisations that anchor in their core values, develop their people and support the advancement of women with leadership aspirations. Her proudest achievements are those that have come from collaborating with others.
